The Malta Digital Innovation Authority (MDIA), the new regulatory authority setup in Malta to regulate certain innovative technological arrangements has launched two (2) consultation documents which aim to collect feedback from stakeholders.
This process will precede the issuance of a set of guidance notes aimed at assisting Service Providers and Innovative Technology Arrangements Applicants when approaching the MDIA for registration and certification respectively.
Chapter 1 will deal with System Auditors whereas Chapter 2 will deal with Innovative Technology Arrangements.
